What the program is
Personal notifications, reminders, and status alerts, sent to individuals who have asked to receive them. This is not a marketing program and no promotional messages are sent.

How you opt in
Messages are sent only to a mobile number whose owner has directly asked to receive them, by providing that number for this purpose. No number is added to this program by anyone other than its owner, and numbers are never purchased, rented, or obtained from a list.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that messages have ended, and then no further messages will be sent. To start again, ask directly.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Your privacy

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to a personal email account. Do not use it for anything urgent, and do not use it to send sensitive personal or financial information.
